Get Money, Money Get Money, Money, Moneeey!!

As most of you know Jamall Simmons ('92) is a Mortgage Consultant with a Brooklyn Mortgage Brokerage. For the next three months there will be $500 referral for any individual that is sent to him for a loan.....that closes. In other words, the people you refer must go through with the mortagae process completely in order for you to recieve your incentive. You can split it with them or keep it all for yourself, that's entirely up to you. So you have up until June to refer your associates, friends, family members and so on. This is on the up and up Ladies & Gentlemen, you will not have to come looking for your money...you will get paid! If you have any questions for Jamall you can reach him at jamall12@yahoo.com or give him a call at 646-2444-0401. Who knows, you could possibly earn over a thousand dollars if you send enough people.

Just in Case You Haven't Heard

This news has been circulating for some time now. It's a very important opportunity that Harvard is offering. Here is an excerpt and some contact info to assist anyone this might help. Please pass it along.

Harvard University has announced that from now on undergraduate
students from low-income families will pay no tuition.
In making the announcement, Harvard's president Lawrence H. Summers
said, "When only 10 percent of the students in Elite higher education
come from families in lower half of the income distribution, we are not
doing enough. We are not doing enough in bringing elite higher education to
the lower half of the income distribution."
If you know of a family earning less than $60,000 a year with an
honor student graduating from high school soon, Harvard University wants to
pay the tuition. The prestigious university recently announced that from
now on undergraduate students from low-income families can go to Harvard for
free ... no tuition and no student loans!
In addition, Harvard announces reduced fees for students from
families with incomes between $60,000 and $80,000. To find out more about Harvard offering free tuition for fami lies

Who's who & who was you?

There has been some talk on reunions; in particular the class of 1992. A couple of you have suggested that we attempt to find old photos of our prom and graduating events. I'm going to take it a step further. I'm asking for any and all pictures that you can find that will show us back when, or if you like, back then. Anything that will utterly embarass your friends or shame them beyond forgiveness is what we want to see! This is extended to every graduate of MCSM. So dig deep and see what you can drum up. Please NO RUDE OR TOO LOOSE PICTURES!!! We are trying to roast a couple folks, not start any wars. So keep it clean, aight?!!! By the way, there may be a prize for the wildest or best photo submmitted so come wit it! Please don't get salty cause we lookin' back in the day!

In Mourning

I regret to inform everyone that Rosa Nieves passed away on February 24 at Fish Memorial Hospital in Orange City, Florida. She was laid to rest in Isabella, Puerto Rico on March 2. Rosa is survived by her 4 year old son Trevor and her 3 year old daughter Daimond. Rosa graduated from Manhattan Center in 1991 and had three siblings that are all Manhattan Center graduates. Please send any words of encouragement to jamall12@yahoo.com so that her family might see the posts here on our blog or can be forwarded them. The Nieves Family also asked to extend thanks to all those who kept Rosa in their prayers; Rosa will be sorely missed.

Class of 1992...Is it reunion time?

Ok class of '92 it has been posed that we have a 15th instead of the regular 20 year because....well we got it like that. So the organizers need your assistance and input. Firstly, does anyone remember the name of the location where we held our prom? It was thought a good idea to hold the reunion there. So please get back to us regarding this information if you have it. Secondly, please offer your input towards activities you might like to see or participate in conjunction with the reunion. So you can send replies to Jamall at jamall12@yahoo.com and I will see that your input is put on the blog and forwarded to the organizers. Let's make it happen.
